Dropship T&C's
Go 4 Sports Drop-Ship Policy Terms and Conditions
With the growing demand for our dropship service, we have implemented this policy to set out the conditions of becoming an approved Go 4 Sports dropship retailer (Part A), and to clarify claims and where we stand with certain responsibilities once an order has left our warehouse (Part B).
Part A – Conditions of Dropshipping
The following conditions apply to all retailers who wish to dropship products through Go 4 Sports. These conditions must be met before dropshipping commences and must continue to be met for as long as the retailer dropships.
-
Approval required. Dropshipping must be approved by Go 4 Sports before a retailer commences dropshipping any products. Retailers must not advertise or sell products on a dropship basis until approval has been confirmed in writing. Go 4 Sports may suspend or withdraw dropship approval where the conditions of this policy are not being met.
-
Brick and Mortar. The retailer must be a brick and mortar store, unless approved by Go 4 Sports.
-
Supporting the range in store. The retailer must support each category, brand or product range it wishes to dropship by stocking a reasonable representation of that range in store. What counts as a reasonable representation will be agreed between the retailer and Go 4 Sports and confirmed in writing (for example, a minimum number of products, sizes or a display). Only approved categories, brands and products can be dropshipped.
-
No third-party selling. Brands and products in the Go 4 Sports catalogue must not be listed or sold through third-party marketplaces or platforms (for example Amazon, eBay, Kogan, Facebook Marketplace or similar), or supplied to other resellers, unless approved in writing by Go 4 Sports.
-
Minimum order value. A minimum order value of $25 (excluding GST) applies to each dropship order. Products valued below the $25 threshold are required to be stocked and supported in store rather than dropshipped. In some circumstances, Go 4 Sports may approve an order below the $25 threshold, in which case a $10 handling charge (excluding GST) will apply.
-
Evidence of in-store support. From time to time, Go 4 Sports may ask for evidence that stock is being supported in store (for example, photos of in-store displays or a stock-on-hand report). If Go 4 Sports determines that a reasonable representation of the brand or category is not being supported in store, Go 4 Sports will request that a stock order be placed immediately to satisfy this policy. Dropshipping of the affected brand or category may be paused until the stock order is placed.
-
Handling Charges. Go 4 Sports proudly does not charge handling fees on dropship orders, outside of the minimum order threshold agreement. For dropships, the customer is only required to pay the wholesale cost of the product, plus GST, and the freight charge that is calculated and set by Go 4 Sports.
-
Freight. The cost of freight is pre-determined by Go 4 Sports. Freight costs are regularly reviewed by our team to ensure the best price possible, and the fastest, most efficient method is used. Some products have pre-set pricing within certain zones. For more information about freight costs, please reach out to Kirsty at info@go4sports.com.au
-
Approved dealership brands. Some Go 4 Sports brands and products are subject to approved dealerships. These brands and products must meet certain requirements that ensure they are properly represented and supported in store. A separate agreement will be issued and signed for these brands and products. For more information, please email info@go4sports.com.au.
-
Payment. Dropship orders are subject to bank transfer payment only. If multiple orders are being paid for in a specified date range, please provide a statement alongside the bank transfer with the orders that the payment represents. Customers who are on pre-paid terms, are required to pay for their dropship orders before they are sent from our warehouse.
-
Go 4 Sports Terms of Service. Retailers are required to read and understand the Go 4 Sports Terms of Service, which set out service policies not covered in this dropship policy (such as payment terms, returns and warranty). This policy should be read together with the Terms of Service.
Part B – Freight, Claims and Retailer Responsibilities
Once a dropship order has left our warehouse, the following terms apply.
-
We have 2 franchise options for you to choose to send parcels
-
Aramex
-
Australia Post
We have found these 2 freight companies to be reliable and competitive, but both have alerted us that they have a variety of regulations that you need to be aware of.
ARAMEX
The main change with Aramex is the time to report damaged goods received.
We need your customer to:
-
CONTACT FASTWAY IMMEDIATELY IF ANY DAMAGE TO PARCEL AND GOODS.
-
PHONE NUMBER/WEB DETAILS WILL BE ON BAG
-
TRACKING/ITEM NUMBER ON LABEL ON BAG
-
CALL RETAILER (YOU) AND LET THEM KNOW – then you can call Go 4 Sports and we can assist in the replacement and claim of damaged/missing goods.
To initiate a claim, the Customer must notify the Carrier:
-
In the event of Damage to Goods – Photographic evidence of packaging and damage must be provided within 24 business hours of the Goods being delivered. A formal claim must be received in writing within 7 business days of delivery of the Goods; or
-
In the event of Loss of Goods – within 30 business days from the date the Goods were picked up by the Carrier.
-
If an Authority to Leave is provided on a consignment, whether it is a standing Authority to Leave or not, then the Customer waives their rights to lodge a claim in the event that Goods are deemed lost provided the Carrier can substantiate that the Goods were delivered by providing either photographic evidence or GPS tracking.
-
Claims are limited to loss or damage to Goods only.
-
The maximum amount that may be claimed from the Carrier is the cost price of the Goods (up to a maximum of $1,500), which will include the value of the freight service provided by the Carrier, excluding all GST.
We have been informed that failure to meet these requirements will void any insurance claims.
-
As we are sending these items on your behalf, we are only responsible for it up to the initial scanning on for transport
-
Once this is scanned you (the Retailer) become the sender.
-
If a claim fails to be reported within 24hours of delivery Go 4 Sports WILL NOT be responsible for resending and replacing the Damaged/Loss of goods.
Australia Post
Insurance details are as follows
If sending your order via parcel post Satchels (Regular or Express 500g to 5Kg) you are covered for:
-
Express satchel cost if process takes longer then estimated delivery time (pending assessors decision)
-
In the event of Damage or Loss of goods – You are covered for up to $50.00 only

-
E-Parcel post has an option to select Transit Cover Insurance at a 1% fee of item cost. You must let us know when placing order that you want this option.
-
Cover up to $5000.00 is available.
-
All requests for Transit Cover claims must be lodged within 6 months of the item being posted.
-
If the option is not selected for insurance cover then your parcel has the maximum $50.00 cover as above.
Please understand that once Australia Post items are scanned for delivery, you (the Retailer) become the sender. If an enquiry or claim for your customer's parcel is required it is your responsibility.
PLEASE NOTE – We recommend you value the item you are sending in accordance with the insurance available. If you are sending Solaris Skates to WA via Express Post and they go missing or are damaged they will only be covered for $50.00 and you will need to follow up as you are the sender.
This is just a precaution and we are pleased to say that we have a great relationship with both our Freight services. As they have upgraded their policy, we feel it’s our job to offer you the best service with clear options to avoid any problems in the future.
Go 4 Sports customers who engage in our dropshipping service agrees to these terms and conditions. Go 4 Sports reserves the right to amend or update this policy, and will update it's customers when done.
